Welcome to The PhotoDog!
Hello!
Hello, I’m Lynn Cobb. I am a portrait photographer of 25 years and an avid dog lover. I have made a career from photographing business professionals and individuals. I believe in photography that tells the stories of our lives and I love learning the stories of all sorts of people.
You may wonder how dogs play into the equation… well, because I love dogs, I created a personal photo project on portraits of working dogs and their handlers (aka “their humans”). It’s my mission in life to advocate for these much needed dogs in our communities. It’s now a book titled “Good Dogs of Service”.
Welcome!
After 25 years, It’s time to give back to “the next one in line”. I figured if I could help 1-2 people on their life journey, then that would good.
I’ll always keep it in short format to keep it simple. The topics will include advice from my career as a professional photographer. We’ll have interviews with professional dogs handlers and trainers. A little about photography, a little about dogs - that’s how I roll.
I love my job as a portrait photographer because I believe it’s a great gift to be able to create great portraits for people. Everyone deserves a great portrait that they love to share with the world.
I’ve packed a lot of work into 25 years, and I can pass on the lessons that I have learned so that I can make it easier for the next photographer to have a great experience.

Hope to see you soon!
